Your dealership data is used to provide Autograph’s services to your organization. It is not used to train shared AI models.

Access is tightly controlled.
Autograph follows a least-privilege approach to data access.
Users only have access to the dealerships, stores and information they are specifically authorized to see. Access is isolated between customers and can be further restricted within a dealer group based on individual permissions.

AiDA operates with limited access.
AiDA is designed to analyze the information it has been authorized to access without being given unnecessary permissions.
Access can also be restricted by data type, giving your organization control over what information is available to the AI layer.

Activity is monitored.
AiDA activity is monitored and logged to support security, reliability and accountability while minimizing the sensitive information captured through monitoring.
