Types of Google Data Accessed

Our application is designed to retrieve and process performance and reporting metrics necessary for providing the Autograph Analytics platform and dashboard features. The data we access is non-personal and aggregated performance data that has been explicitly shared with us by our customers via their Google accounts.

This data includes, but may not be limited to:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) Data: Performance metrics such as sessions, conversions, engagement rates, traffic sources, and aggregated geographical data.
  • Google Ads Metrics: Campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and campaign configuration details.

We do not access, store, or use any raw, unaggregated, or personally identifiable information (PII) from your Google accounts that could, on its own, identify an individual (such as names, email addresses, or specific user IDs).

How We Use Google Data (Limited Use)

We access and process your Google data for the sole purpose of providing our contracted service to you, adhering strictly to Google’s Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use the data to:

The data retrieved via Google APIs is subject to Google’s Limited Use requirements. Accordingly, we will never share, transfer, sell, or use the raw or unaggregated Google data for any purpose other than providing and improving the user-facing features of our contracted service.

  • Sharing with Customers: The processed, aggregated, and formatted reports and dashboards are securely shared only with the customer whose data it originated from.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We will not transfer the raw or aggregated Google data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or any other third parties for purposes of serving targeted advertising, market research, or any other undisclosed use.

Data Authorization and Control

Access to your Google data is authorized by a corporate employee using a Google account who has been granted the necessary read-only access to your GA4 properties and Google Ads accounts under our service agreement with you.

  • You retain full control and ownership of your data within Google.
  • You may revoke our application’s access at any time through your Google Account security settings.
